“ Had super service by 3of your staff at Wolverhampton store last Saturday. Wanted to change swimming shorts and had nt got receipt. But with the hekp of Jess Christal and Sharon. They looked and found the transaction for us which meant we could change them. These girls went out of their way to help. Thank You ”

She explained that nearly all the tops had now been sold but took me to where there were a few left. She then suggested other options of what would be useful then proceeded to take me where the other tops were kept. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received today. ”

“ Too easy! The loss rate must be huge! Some fill a suitcase with stuff, pay for the suitcase, empty out the stolen goods at home, then return the suitcase to get their money back! Primark need to have a service (returns) counter at the entrance of every store so customers must return goods BEFORE entering. ”
