I bought the "triple strength" vitamin c e ferulic serum and the ingredients lookes fantastic. Exactly what i wanted. However upon using I soon realised this is likely nothing more than aloe vera. No bacon smell like ferulic acid has, no tingling which you should get with 20% ascorbic acid, the Ph was neutral so the vit c wouldn't work anyway if there even IS any in this product. I even tasted it and its plain like water. I don't want to waste my time and money for something useless. Contacted the company about my concerns asking for an explanation. They had no idea but at least refunded my money straight away. I think this product is nothing more than aloe vera and water but I could be wrong. If I am, you'd think they would be professional and explain my concerns instead of refunding me immediately. Won't use again.

Been taking UltraColl Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid for well over a year. Before that, my skin has always been pretty good so just wanted to maintain it. However since taking the tablets my skin has drastically got more loose and wrinkly, not less, even though I doubled the dose as recommended. Absolute waste of money. The product is rubbish. So very disappointed.

I refer to their product EyeLexin about which they state contains Eyeliss . Im aware that Eyeliss by Sederma contains Aqua , Glycerine, Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, Steareth-20, Dipeptide-2,and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. their listed ingredients does not contain Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 .I asked them to explain why are saying it contains Eyeliss ? and they fobbed me off and made excuses about the boss being away ?? crazy and very unprofessional

Do Not Buy Pureclinica's Trixelin Acne and Scar Intensive Reduction Concentrate. This scar reduction cream ruined my skin and half of my face look's lighter than the other. I wish I had never bought this scar reduction cream it caused hypopigmentation and now people are staring at me whenever I go out in public. I can't believe how there allowed to sell this Trixelin scar cream it caused a white patch on the area of my face where I used it . It appears to be a hypopigmentation mark after consulting a Dermatologist (skin specialist). Also, it made my acne worse and I had to see my doctor, people with dark skin tones shouldn't buy this product.

Do Not Buy Pureclinica's Trixelin Acne and Scar Intensive Reduction Concentrate! This scar reduction cream damaged my skin and half of my face look's lighter than the other. I wish I had never bought this scar reduction cream it caused hypopigmentation and now people are staring at me whenever I go out in public. This is a toxic cream! I can't believe how there allowed to sell this Trixelin scar cream and it needs to be banned! It makes the skin go whiter and makes it look as if you had a chemical burn. Especially, if you have dark skin it would show more and it makes active acne worse. When I complained to Pureclinica they tried to offer me free products but, I said no. Never going to try any of their toxic products and they tried getting my review taken off this page. They are selling a cheap skin whitening cream that suppose to fade scars. I would not recommend for dark skin tones unless you want to have uneven skin tone on your face and have people stare at you on the street.

I've paid at the end of April 2019 for a 2 bottles pack (> €70) and because today (1/8/2019) I haven't received anything yet since then, I've decided NOT to buy from them again. PayPal will get my money back. Don't be confused: Collin sent me a message at the last week in June sending me "again" my parcel: I've never received anything from them (again). This is an UNTRUSTFUL company.

Purchased supplement but delivered item had poor labeling with contradicting information I.e. taking this will alleviate x,y,z then a disclaimer saying taking this will do nothing! ( so which statement is true? ) Also no breakdown/ itemization of ingredients doesn't help confidence... ... Overall, dissapointed, I have returned item for a refund!

I purchased " Triple Strength Hyaluronic Acid " from PureClinica to help alleviate my osteoarthritis because it made the bold claim to " Improve joint flexibility, and plump and fill wrinkles " ... only to find that the label on the bottle says > " IMPORTANT: This supplement is not medicine and will not prevent, diagnose, restore, correct or modify any physiological condition in humans " So as we see to claim " improving joint flexibility " and then having a disclaimer denying that this product can do anything is in direct violation of ASA regulations ! I have emailed Pureclinica 6 times via their website and once by direct email. No one ever got back to me by phone, email or letter - there has been NO COMMUNICATION ! I even called the office in London, and was met with an answering machine, I tried to leave a message but the machine only allow for 3 seconds recording - so I had to call again.. and very quickly said my mobile number and asked if someone could call me back, no one ever did. I eventually did get my refund from a Paypal claim, but I had to put a lot of unnecessary effort in just to get some helpful communication from PureClinca. I'm very surprised they have so many positive feedback, although I have heard of businesses falsifying these reviews, it is very easy to do ( please note: I am not accusing PureClinica of carrying out this illegal and unfair practice ) ... I just want to highlight that companies are doing it and it is very easy to make your company seem spotless ! I will never use this company again, I don't trust them or their products, the hyaluronic acid did not help or alleviate my joints at all ! .. there was NO effect, I took it daily, as instructed for 4 weeks .. on an empty stomach in the morning ... and there was absolutely NO increase in flexibility of joints. Which is confusing, because under research oral hyaluronic acid was found to help, which makes me question how pure this product actually is ?
