Received the completely incorrect item which I can still deal with but the fact that you sent me an incorrect item which is filthy, smelly and covered in hair is unacceptable! I feel disrespected! I suggest you collect your piece of dirt rubbish soonest before it gets damaged outside because that’s where it belongs and not in my house! The cheek that your customer service as me to take my time and go and return it to Quiz??!! You must be joking!

Even a one star rating is too high for this shocking company!
Order placed with next day delivery, as items were needed urgently. Not delivered next day as promised, and only the difference between the next day and standard delivery charges refunded. When querying this, they advised that the items were delivered within the standard timescale, so not their policy to refund. The cost is actually insignificant, it’s the appalling customer service from this company that makes me want to warn others to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Hi, I’m trying to contact Quiz customer service as I haven’t received the confirmation and delivery information of my items that should arrive tomorrow but no one is responding. I have paid for next day delivery and after reading the reviews, I’m losing hope that they’ll actually deliver the items. Can I request for a full refund back and I’ll actually just go to the store instead please

sent back 2 parcels at the same time and they have only refunded one parcel and refuse to refund the other, as they say although signed for, they do not have it. they owe me over £400, I will pursue through courts if I have too. They email from abroad as the times are no uk times, no custoemr service at all

Customer service is absolutely awful. I'm £220 out of pocket due to wrong information being given repeatedly, and a refund i'm still wait for from 28th September! The responders on the support email don't seem to care, and have fobbed me off for weeks. None of the phone numbers on the site seem to work and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone who knows what's going on. I'd never recommend Quiz to anyone.
