Not delivered next day as promised, and only the difference between the next day and standard delivery charges refunded. When querying this, they advised that the items were delivered within the standard timescale, so not their policy to refund. The cost is actually insignificant, it’s the appalling customer service from this company that makes me want to warn others to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! ”
