My daughter ordered adress from you online,she tried to returned it but they refused to give her the money back as they said the label was taken off in witch it wasn't and they also said it had a strange smell with is really offensive. It cost her 30 pound whitch is a lot of money for her I think it's a disgrace and you should be able to return your items without question if there's no problem with the item one angry mum.

This happened to me too. The dress I returned was in perfect condition with tags on but they have sent photos as proof that dress in awful condition. They keep saying if I had said it was in poor condition with no tags when I returned it it would have been fine. How could I have done that when it was in perfect condition for a refund. Never shopping with quiz again.

I’m afraid they did a similar thing to me! They said I had stained a dress with makeup. This was after they accused me of only returning some of my order back! When I returned it all. They are scammers! They will not refund and make excuses and blame their customers for things that have not done!

I am thinking of ordering a jacket. Faux Fur, I have never bought jackets from you before so was wondering which size. I would normally go for a 14 so it is not too small but do the 14's come up big or small or true to size? I usually like a nice fit not baggy or not too tight.
