Easy easy easy. Easy to find tickets, easy to buy, and easy to use them at the venue. I particularly liked the regular emails leading up to the show that gave me multiple links to find the tickets.
I think the service charge is excessive but pretty standard in the industry.

The Logebox seats at Petco Park were fantastic. Great view, great service.
It was a friends birthday so I took her and 3 of her friends and they loved it.
The tickets were easy to find on Stub Hub. Delivered right away at the cost that was advertised.
