I've used Stubhub about 100 times since 2004 and have never had an issue with them or the tickets that I have purchased. And during the few times I have needed their customer service, they were quick and dedicated in their responses. Í feel safe and supported using Stubhub.

My ticket was not released on time. I contacted customer service . The young man who helped me. Had to research how best to get me to the show. He called me back and sent me a new ticket not for the original seat, but the view was comparable. He was amazing. The show was fantastic. Thanks
