I loved being able to get last minute tickets at a great price.
I didn't love the process of transferring the tickets. The directions were hard to follow. I ended up having to call customer service, and fortunately Jazmine was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me step by step.

Everything went great, I found the tickets to a sold out football game at El Monumental with a normal price and the service felt nominal at this point. I don't like though that my personal email address and other details were shared with the Seller and would be better if the ticket transfer was possible more privately.
