“Disgusted that they have kept my booking fees after an event was cancelled due to COVID-19. Not convinced tickets and delivery costs have been refunded in full either, as what they are saying I paid does not correspond with my booking confirmation! They are slow To respond when questioned and don’t provide Satisfactory responses when they do finally answer. I paid for the TicketPlan refund protection but this doesn’t seem to have helped me at all. Fortunately I received my refund swiftly but in their initial email they claimed it would take 90 days for the refund to be processed which seems extortionate - I feel for anybody having to wait that long in this current climate, particularly with furlough/ssp in place!”
“Terrible customer service.
Following the cancellation of an event, Ticketline have refused to refund the full cost of my tickets even though ticket protection was also taken out.
When challenging this, their support team have constantly contradicted their T&C's and will not resolve the issue.
Never use this website as it can not be trusted.”

“I booked 2 tickets with this company for Rod Stewart concert,Carrow Rd,Norwich on 4th June 2016 but the stage had been moved leaving me to watch a video screen on the pitch.I paid £95.00 per ticket and not worth the money but Ticketline dont care about their customers.I have phoned Ticketline several times plus sent a few e mails and all i got was it takes 4 weeks for the promoters to reply.I have been given all different stories and as far as i am concerned i was misold a ticket with obscure viewing whereby the stage was moved to get more seats in and Ticketline do not want to know.Disgusting company.”

I was what felt like ignored by Customer Services - had to send follow up emails to get replies.
Fobbed of constantly and complaint logged which nothing came of.
Not regulated so no way of taking further action or reporting.
Very disappointed!”
