“ So I called to costumer service and they say they cannot do nothing. ”

“ I’m absolutely furious, my situation is similar to another one on this thread. I shop regularly at TK Maxx both in store and online. I ordered earrings £299.99 but the pack was delivered empty. I contacted TK Maxx customer service and showed them proof that the package had been tampered with as part of the label inside but they have refused to refund me!!!! I honestly don’t know how I’m expected to pay for something I didn’t receive!!!! Worst experience ever ”

“ I am furious at this shop, I shop regulary in-store and online, but on this occasion am very upset, I have ordered 1 bracelet for myself and my mum loved it so much that I placed another order with a pair of earrings, when I opened my package 2 boxes but the bracelet box was empty which means no bracelet! When I contacted customer service they were not able to help me!!! And that it was sent to me but cant proove me that bracelet was inside the box!! I lost £80 very very angry!!! ”

“ In February I was travelling I've bought a suitcase from TK maxx when travelling the zip fell I'm having to buy some strap to hold the suitcase today I went back to take a marks with all my invoice and a warranty they refused to replace the bag the manager was very unhelpful didn't show any compassion no respect very poor service I will not go back anymore to Tk max Scarborough ,after more than 17 years buying in the shop. ”
