I order two bike tyres and the process for ordering and delivery was very easy and fairly quick. After receiving the tyres I noticed the size on the label attached to the tyre was different to the size on the tyre! A sent an email to query the difference and never received a response!!

I placed an order on 26th May 2021 - delivery date stated as 8-10th June (which in the internet world is pretty slow) and of course today I received an e mail stating that due to a "stock error" they do not have one of the items ordered even though it was stated as 'in stock' on their website.

There was a little delay for delivery, but only by one day from the initial proposed delivery date and so nothing to really moan about.

Not a bad, but not a great experience :-(
They sell bikes that they don't have in stock and then change the promised delivery period multiple times. The bike was received approximately 2 months after the order date and when it arrived it had a ripped seat.
