Rated 1 out of 5 stars Really bad Experiences i wait for our shoes 11 days .and finally my shoes are totally wrong .325 euro shoes with out papers of new .with our paper of originals and returns .Bad cutomer services from Yoox .

Doubtful about using Yoox never heard of them before. Ordered Maxmara shirt a quality item but was not suitable. Looked at reviews on returns but kept open mind. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a speedy refund.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Returns process is a complete nightmare if you are returning from the U.

Since no measurements are given online and no customer care person can give measurements- one takes a chance to buy anything and yet returns are very risky because you cannot be guaranteed a refund.

Yoox customer service are not helpful at all, in fact they are rude but given the amount of issues they are dealing with I probably can’t blame them! Before Brexit everything was fine, returns, refunds, slow but they got there, now it all seems like one big scam and I’m £491 out of pocket!!! They reply to these reviews saying they are dealing with the issues, they are not dealing with anything.

REFUND - They are refusing to refund my last two returns, £84 and £60.

Boots I received were not new! They were clearly scuffed and soles had wear on them. Registered for return but There was no returns label provided. Have chased and chased and no response from Customer Service. UPS advised it cost £30 to return the boots without the returns label. Am reading so many bad reviews and similar experiences!!! AVOID.

I have been a customer of Yoox since they started in UK in 2015. I had no problems before but my latest order this week started by being accepted, is still pending on my credit card, yet had a reversed acceptance decision and cancelled by Yoox for some reason. No Means of contact. I suddenly get a call from Yoox asking me to stop ordering from them without any explanation given. Weird company. weird service. (considering I was a good customer with successful orders and returns for many years back)
