Lied when I queried a legit order. Have the order form and screen shots of the shoe size that was ordered but they sent totally the wrong size. Then when I contacted customer service they still said I was in the wrong and I had ordered the size they sent this has cost me £18 uk pounds for their mistake I’m out of pocket because of this and their mistake. I keep getting ignored from the emails I send too. Total law breaking and will be taking this further . Wanted to order further items but won’t be bothering now.

Very poor customer service and they are breaking the law. This company is keeping part of my money spent on the delivery fees when they are the ones who made a mistake sending me a completely wrong shoe size (38 instead of 36). Under the UK law, I am entitled to a full refund if the item delivered is not as described. Embarrassing.

I have been shopping on the YOOX platform for many years. Unfortunately, YOOX is no longer what it used to be. The selection of clothing is not as good as before, and the customer service has declined significantly. Most of the clothing does not match the stated sizing. The size charts are often inaccurate, making it very difficult to order the correct size. In addition, some clothing and shoes arrive looking as if they have already been worn or purchased from a flea market. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation YOOX once had. I truly hope YOOX will improve its quality control, sizing accuracy, and overall customer experience, because it has lost the level of trust and quality that made me a loyal customer for so many years.

BUYER BEWARE. This company has a shady return process. They make it very difficult to even file a return request. Then, they don't email you the label and don't let you print it. They tell you if you send merchandise back without a label, you have to complete 5 forms for it to clear customs. They promise they'll send a label in 2 days. This is 2026. It's obviously a shady practice designed to prevent returns.

From the beginning, it was quite okay But lately, they become really irresponsible!!! They don’t answer emails , they promised something they never do it… the packages are coming destroy!!! And the close with the stains. Very disappointed!!!!

Order 0303YD8F826148 Terrible customer support. On March 7, I received my order: out of 4 items, 1 was missing, and the 2nd and 3rd were in awful worn condition—full of snags, fraying, and pilling. How could something like that even be shipped?! Customer service only replied to my emails once, saying they needed time to sort it out. I asked them to send me a return shipping label so I could send everything back and let them deal with it for as long as they need. No one sent me anything or contacted me again! They clearly just don’t care.

Be aware that if you buy from Canada… Be aware that if you buy from Canada and make a return you will lose shipping fees taxes and restocking fees!! MY purchase $247.88cdn I was refunded only 160.78cdn. THATS $87.10cdn LOSS. this company is a rip off!!! do not buy from them..Do you know any retailer that does this??

I've been buying from Yoox for several years, but they keep offering lower quality items, some of which are damaged, and they don't take responsibility. A few months ago, I received a pair of stained shoes, and now I've received a pair of shoes with different sizes for each foot. I will no longer waste my time and money with them.

I'm writing to express my frustration regarding a recent incident involving lost or stolen items during the return process. As a loyal customer with 157 orders under my belt, I find it extremely disheartening to encounter such an issue. In this instance, Yoox's response has been less than satisfactory, bordering on absurd and embarrassing. The lack of assistance provided feels akin to talking to a brick wall, and this experience has left me feeling utterly disappointed.

It’s about customer care they mis guide false commitment & do lie to me by 4 reps 2 supervisors & 1 manager they just play with me on my order #0909Y629D25380 they are not professional one of their suiervisor name Angelo lie to me & dodntnt fulfil the commitment everything’s with my account & recorded calls are there they messed me & give me a headache & wasting my time since 6 days I hv a headach since I am contacting customer care pl stop them to play with customers Thanks Adeel

i have ordered 4 products.one of them the jean was 30w32.i tried to a store and my size was 30w32.i orderes from yoox the same style the same brand the same size and it was too small.i also orderes boots from my girlfriend size 38.5 and the price was 75 eur.i wanted to change the size at 38 and the price of the boots was 275 eur.they told me to buy again the boots at 275 and they refund me the previews price.at customer service chat they close the conversation badly and they didnt gave me an clear answer at 12 mails that i sent it.

Acquisto su YOOX da oltre 6 anni, ma l’ultima esperienza è stata davvero deludente. Ho effettuato un reso con rimborso tramite MONEYOOX per non perdere i €6 di spedizione (che trovo comunque eccessivi). Dopo aver atteso ben 10 giorni lavorativi per una risposta, il servizio clienti mi comunica che nel pacco non erano presenti le sneakers che avevo restituito, ma un altro modello. Trovo assurdo che, dopo tanti ordini e soldi spesi nel tempo, venga messa in discussione la mia correttezza senza alcuna verifica seria. È evidente che ci siano problemi nella loro logistica e magazzino, probabilmente a causa dell’enorme mole di offerte che gestiscono. Ma a pagarne il prezzo sono sempre i clienti. Da quando YOOX ha cambiato proprietà, il livello di servizio è crollato. Davvero una grande delusione.
