STAY AWAY FROM YOOX! THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES OR REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR CANCELED ORDERS! YOOX.COM HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DENMARK EUROPE. THEY SEEMS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAIL NOR TO MY BANK FRAUD DEPARTMENT COMPLAINT STAY AWAY FROM YOOX.COM THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NEVER SHIP THE ITEM. EVERYTIME I PLACE AN ORDER I GET REPLY STATING THAT ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED WITHOUT GIVING YOU ANY REASONS. YOOX.COM AND A-NET PORTER IS A SCAM COMPANY BASED IN UK AND UNITED STATES. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I SHIPPED THE RETURN BEFORE 2 WEEKS TO YOOX AND THEY DONT ANSWER MY EMAILS THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY BY SAYING THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THE RETURN BUT I SHIP IT BY DHL AND THEY SIGN THEY RECEIVE IT!!!! When you google Yoox there seem to be mixed reviews out there. Some folks say they sell fake good and are not a real company, which is simply not true. I have been shopping with yoox for a few years now and have had no issues. There free delivery (over £100) and free returns works seamlessly via UPS couriers - a very straightforward process. All and all I've been very satisfied with Yook's quality of products and service. Not sure what's gone wrong for others to give such scathing reviews but thought I'd share my positive experience to provide some balance.

After reading the reviews I was very worried about my order. But I was pleasantly surprised, the response from their customer service was almost instant, shipped a second working day after I placed my order and took a day to arrive (I am in Slovenia, delivered from Italy) I ordered the Buffalo boots and they are definitely genuine as I have another pair, therefore I know. Came with original packaging. It was my first purchase and I am very pleased. It’s a pity I can’t leave a review on their website.

Please ignore all the bad reviews about YOOX!!! I think people are never satisfied! Even when you give them the best, they never get satisfied! I have been buying from YOOX for over 7 years and I will say YOOX is one of the best Fashion retailer ever!!!!

Have been shopping with Yoox for over 7 years. Great products, great service, not once have i had an issue with them. I bought a top, that 2 days after i have received it, had a 15% discount on it, yoox were more than happy to refund the difference, no questions asked. Surprised to see bad reviews, some of them look suspect tbh, one mentioned it cost them £10 to return the item, well Yoox offer free returns, so their review is bolloxs, as are most of the negative reviews.

I have been a customer for over 14 years. Yoox has gone seriously downhill, especially since they have been working with so- called “partners.” We have ordered a dress from PAVIDAS FASHION VILLAGE, parcel was received on October 17, 2022. Received parcel has very poor quality packaging, from a different brand. The address for the return wasn't indicated ANYWHERE - it wasn't shown on the package, in the invoice on in shipping slip - nowhere. On October 31, 2022 we have contacted yoox support team, and from this moment believe me, I'm shocked with misacting and incompetence of this support. They was not able to provide return address, On November 1, 2022 option "contact partner" was not active anymore, so we just found address of PAVIDAS FASHION VILLAGE and returned goods, and now they refuse to provide a refund, although we've contacted YOOX within 14 days from the goods receipt. I ASK EVERYBODY who has financial losses due to YOOX unprofessional merchandising - raise a chargeback for YOOX card transaction, attach all evidences and send to your bank, they will request a chargebach for yoox transactions. If there will be many chargebacks, YOOX will have a penalty from VISA and MasterCard, this is only options to make them do business in a proper way.

Absolutely beautiful items and great deals from so many awesome European brands. I've been shopping here for years and I've never had a problem with them. Easy returns and refunds never had an issue with that either. Fabulous! Love it!

YOOX is fabulous!!! Great products and selection. Delivery is swift and so are returns and refunds to my visa. I do not understand how there are complaints about YOOX. Haven been purchasing from YOOX for years and have never had any problems

Order an item for a birthday. Website said delivery between 3 to 5 days. It's been 6 days and I still didn't receive tracking number !!! This website is a scam!

Stay away of this site..must be a SPAM...they sent me damaged item and told me they cant change it with a rite one cause possible all are damaged...but they still sell the product in thei site....stay away....!!!!!!!

While low prices can be tempting, what you often get are items that are not new, sometimes irregular, stained, missing parts, mislabeled brands and sizes. Sometimes these are final sale items and you will have a hell of a time getting a refund. If you call Customer service for info regarding a product before purchasing, they cannot tell you anything more than what's on the website. If you call with a problem after purchasing, they require photos and then more photos and then more information. They delay and delay and often do not refund the correct amount, or not at all until you call over and over and over again. I'm beginning to realize that it's intentional. Not worth the aggravation. Steer clear.

I found recently that YOOX no longer charges UK customers vat&duties. That was great news for me as I’ve been a loyal customer for close to 20 years. Only bad side had been their poor customer service. Which I hope have improved. As I have made some considerate shopping the past month I was rewarded £100 for this month to spend on one article that’s not on discount and greater than the value of the voucher. I was happy to finally purchase a pair of Valentino shades I had on my dream box for some time. These had disappeared from my dream box before but reappeared some time later. I believe they had been purchased of someone and returned as I’ve seen this happen before. So I purchased them from the original price of £265- I paid £165. They arrived today and I was very excited. The box were carefully and beautifully wrapped in paper. I opened the luxurious cover and took them out. My immediate feeling before looking at them properly or opening them up, was they’re not genuine. They were unusually light and felt and looked flimsy. Now I had tried these on in a renowned departments store. They were in no way similar to the once I’ve just received from Yoox. I have a dozen of expensive designer shades. I would notice miles away if they were counterfeit. Even the golden surrounding ring covering the lens on the back were so poorly fitted, the left lens were not in coordination with the right. The printings of the letters, the earpiece and temple-tip were not fitted properly of both sides. All these things are typical give aways for fakes. Pictures will follow if I find how I can post them here. I contacted yoox and told them of the findings. They of course denied they would send a fake item. I’ve sent them back. Once they have them I’ve asked them to compare them with a pair from a Valentino shop. I would very much like the authentic pair sent to me or my £100 voucher to use on another item to the same specifications. As I’m not OK with to be sold fake designer pieces and my hard earned voucher to be stolen away in the process. We are in correspondence but I don’t have high thoughts of them as I’ve seen on the web customers been ripped off before. I posted this as I’ve seen this for some time during the past years. A couple of years ago I ordered a pair of Sergio Rossi boots that too were fake. I know because I tried the authentic once at store. I had a children’s Burberry coat that too wasn’t of the same high quality I’m used to see from the brand. With these designers I wouldn’t believe for a moment YOOX would sell fake items as I’ve been very happy and loyal customer for almost 20 years. I’ve purchased many designers pieces that I’ve been very happy with and never believed were fake. So I buried my worries that they are not guilty and deceiving their customers. Instead I though the reason could be the designers themselves has started to cut corners with poor quality to make profit. I’ve seen this before and stopped buying from theses designers. I have then stopped buying from Sergio Rossi and Burberry because of what happened. But as this happened one more time. I don’t believe this is a coincidence anymore. I believe YOOX knows what they are doing. They are very much in the know of this. They have been selling counterfeit articles for some time now. Deceiving customers that they are purchasing authentic designer items.

I bought two items from YOOX and returned before Christmas. I have still not received any information about what is happening with my case - I just repeat the process of speaking to the customer service team, they make an excuse based on UPS/YOOX communications post-Brexit, and tell me someone will get in touch/process a refund. This has been going on for almost FOUR MONTHS. I am beyond frustrated, and confused as to how two companies operating at this scale are unable to find a solution.

Awful customer service. I placed an online order, with a different shipping address and billing address. It was my boyfriend credit card, of course with his Authorization to charge on his card, and I did provide correct information of the card. Order was successfully placed, and later was being cancelled. Then, I called their customer service trying to resolve this issue. All they told me it’s that they are not able to help me, and I will need to place an new order online, they refused to help me to place a new order. They should had verified my credit card information and approved my order, but instead, they done nothing to help. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will never shop with Yoox.com ever again. Horrible customer service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Yoox bad service cancelled item was told refund will go back in bank within 7 days it never did and still not received a refund even after warehouse opening back up AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very disappointed in the quality of shoes, and Boots,I bought. Had to return them , and cost me about £10 each time. Just waste of money. The last pair I bought I couldn’t even put on, so badly design my foot got stuck half way through.

I used to buy my clothes regularly and I didn't have any issue until recently. But all of the sudden 3 times in a row my orders were cancelled the day after without telling me why. I have emailed them 4 times but I didn't get any reply.
