Very untrustworthy, please don't waste your money on them. I sent back two items and only returned money for one of them and have not replied to my emails asking why they kept 59 euros and did not refund them. They keep telling you your issue is being dealt with but they never come back either with an answer or an action. Please don't throw your money down the toilet by buying from them.

Customer service lies about refund. At 13 January 2021 yoox received the returned item. They state several times that the refund has been processed which is not true. They first state that it takes ten business days before it is shown on the account and then suddenly it is stated that ‘ the transfer has failed’. Totally unacceptable and contrary to yoox own general conditions. It is now 18 February and I will do whatever I can to expose Yoox’ s consumer policy!

After 5 days I placed an order, the order was finally accepted and dispatched. (I still havent got the item I ordered. ) I don't know why it takes so long time for my order to get settled. By this time, one could get things delivered, at least based on my past experiences with other clothing retailers.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Yoox. I received used and damaged shoes twice. I returned them and finally after 40 days I got my refund. Don’t waste your time and money.

Absolutely awful company completely scammed me for my money trainers never arrived and refused to refund my money 100% NOT A TRUSTED COMPANY avoid them!!!!! Still haven’t got my money back

Sent the wrong trainers (older and cheaper version) in the wrong colour and wrong size. Used all kinds of tactics to avoid refunding the money, and all kinds of all tactics to delay the refund: I’m still waiting and I’ve been told it’ll be another two to three weeks at least, a week after finally getting permission to send back. They are just hopeless, please avoid.

terrible you guys are a total scam took all the money I had on my unemployment card, I called my bank and let them know you are a scam I never placed an order ever with you. You are crooks!!!!!! when I call your number it hangs up. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

Have used YOOX many times and occasionally have received an incorrect item but returns are easy and free. Delivery takes a while but they use ups who are quite good rather than a rubbish courier like dpd or Hermes.

I ordered MAISON MARGIALA BOOTS for my birthday $500 and i received POOR QUALITY. The bottom of the boots are horrible. It looks like someone has been ice skating with them or a return went bad. I called them for help and they advised they will email me. Okay... I get a email on TODAY from them with "return policy"? Why would i get this email? Is this a joke? I called them right away and a rep pretending to be the supervisor advised i was lying because i reported this 2 weeks after i received. So what? I opened it on my birthday and it was 2 weeks later not over 30 days. I then requested compensation and the lady spoke over me etc I requested another supervisor who was super sarcastic and nasty She told ME i wore them... how are you going to tell me i wore this if you are not me? What kind of company accuses customers for sending them poor poor quality? I am simply asking for compensation before i call my bank and dispute this and they were so nasty. The funny part is after i told them i was going to dispute THE ENTIRE DEMENOUR changed. Interesting. If I do not hear compensation from YOOX within 24 hours. I am calling my bank. NASTY NASTY COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Buyers beware! this is the worst company to purchase from. Their customer service is just as worst as their product. The shoes shoes a beautiful picture but what i receive is the total opposite. The manager refused to help! i need it escalated so i can have this solved

Doubtful about using Yoox never heard of them before. Ordered Maxmara shirt a quality item but was not suitable. Looked at reviews on returns but kept open mind. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a speedy refund.

Problema este următorea toate saiturile care vînd produse originale brenduri,pe fiecare produs scrie unde este fabricat. Pe saitul Yoox nu scrie pe nici un produs unde este fabricat. DIN 15 Recenzi 2 persoane sunt mulțumite în rest toții sunt nemulțumiții.

After spending thousands of dollars, they refused to allow me to exchange a size 6 dress for the size 8. Also they refused to refund my card for the additional costs paid for express shipping (3-5 days) ....orders were delivered 10+ days. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Returns process is a complete nightmare if you are returning from the U.K. I first returned an order worth over £900 nearly 4 months ago. Was told by ups that yoox provided the incorrect invoices and the parcel was returned to me. I contacted Yoox who then sent new invoices and when I arranged a collection I was told by ups that again they were not correct! Yoox insisted it was ups who had made the mistake both times and it took weeks to receive a new tracking number and invoices. Finally get the parcel sent out again on the THIRD attempt, but weeks later and still no word from Yoox to say they have received the parcel. I check the tracking and it says the parcel is being held at customs. I contact ups who say again the information is not correct so customs cannot clear the parcel. This started in May and it’s now August and Yoox customer service seem completely unbothered about the whole situation! They continue to say UPS are at fault and they will resolve the situation and then ignore my emails for weeks. I have called the customer service phone number and spoken to a woman twice now who was absolutely infuriating, completely unapologetic and just repeating herself that someone from the relevant team would be in touch. She actually had the audacity to argue with me and I had to force an apology out of her after 10 minutes of her offering none! I cannot believe this person is trained in customer care. I’ve been told that the parcel is now on the way to there warehouse and I will be receiving a email and refund this week, we’ll see. Absolutely fuming at the amount of time and energy I’ve wasted trying to get my money back for this one parcel. Even if Yoox did not provide the incorrect information multiple times and it was ups who were at fault; Yoox were so unhelpful and unapologetic when trying to resolve this situation and I have had to repeatedly chase them up for a response after being ignored for weeks on end. I used to order from Yoox all the time but after the complete lack of care and total disrespect shown to me as a customer I will not ever be ordering from them again.

i was sent the wrong style and wrong colour of trainers than i ordered. took over a week to get here and now i`ve got to sent them back to italy from the uk to get a refund. they tried to offer me the awful trainers they sent me at a discounted price rather than take them back for a refund. never using this company again
