“I don’t understand all those bad reviews, what is wrong???? I bought several items, a few were too small, I returned it with prepared label, within 4 days I got confirmation they received pacakage, returned my money and within one day I had my money back minus 6 euro, which is totally fair….. So where are ur problems??? Great fashion articles ant great prices Thank you YOOX, without you I could not afford Etro”

“After making my purchase, I discovered several websites with reviews that were very concerning. I had no need to worry. My purchase (nike trainers) turned up as expected, a day early actually, in perfect condition etc. I'm buying from the UK and I think the company is mostly based in Italy so delivery took a few days but I was happy. I haven't needed to return anything or contact customer services since my order was correct.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes to get delivered to Ukraine. Got a 10% discount for the first order on top of the special deal. Very quick delivery - made the order on Saturday and got a package on Wednesday. Nice high quality shoes. Thanks, Yoox!”

“I ordered pollini shoes on Sunday and they arrived on Thursday. The shoes are Beautiful and beautifully packaged, all labels in box if they needed to be returned. I'm delighted with my shoes they are perfect and Genuine pollini brand. Thanks 😊”

“I buy all my clothes online Yoox is great 👍. Great products prices and quick delivery. As well returns are processed promptly and my credit card gets credited very quickly. I have been shopping at Yoox.com for 4 years. I don’t understand how anyone can criticize this website ????? Great telephone customer service as well 🍀👍❤️👌👋”

“I am quite shocked for the negative reviews. I buy my clothes almost exclusively from Yoox during the past 4 years. I return everything very easily, and I have cross-checked that they comply perfectly with EU legislation for customer protection. I suspect that there might be an issue with cross EU shipping since it's an Italian eShop but as an EU citizen I am perfectly satisfied. And it is definitely NOT a scam.”

“They have great items and prices. For more than 6 years I have had a few items to change or return, but it is normal for so many orders. Returns are easy and free and they don't complain about them. They may improve user experience on the site and in the app, but as a retailer they are more than ok.”

“When you google Yoox there seem to be mixed reviews out there. Some folks say they sell fake good and are not a real company, which is simply not true. I have been shopping with yoox for a few years now and have had no issues. There free delivery (over £100) and free returns works seamlessly via UPS couriers - a very straightforward process. All and all I've been very satisfied with Yook's quality of products and service. Not sure what's gone wrong for others to give such scathing reviews but thought I'd share my positive experience to provide some balance.”

“Have been shopping with Yoox for over 7 years. Great products, great service, not once have i had an issue with them. I bought a top, that 2 days after i have received it, had a 15% discount on it, yoox were more than happy to refund the difference, no questions asked. Surprised to see bad reviews, some of them look suspect tbh, one mentioned it cost them £10 to return the item, well Yoox offer free returns, so their review is bolloxs, as are most of the negative reviews.”
