Returned the order on 6th of June and still can’t get my money back. Do not buy from them if you do not want to be in the same situation.

I am still waiting for my refund as also another order hasn’t been dispatched. I am opening the case with PAYPAL to get my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Acquisto su YOOX da oltre 6 anni, ma l’ultima esperienza è stata davvero deludente. Ho effettuato un reso con rimborso tramite MONEYOOX per non perdere i €6 di spedizione (che trovo comunque eccessivi). Dopo aver atteso ben 10 giorni lavorativi per una risposta, il servizio clienti mi comunica che nel pacco non erano presenti le sneakers che avevo restituito, ma un altro modello. Trovo assurdo che, dopo tanti ordini e soldi spesi nel tempo, venga messa in discussione la mia correttezza senza alcuna verifica seria. È evidente che ci siano problemi nella loro logistica e magazzino, probabilmente a causa dell’enorme mole di offerte che gestiscono. Ma a pagarne il prezzo sono sempre i clienti. Da quando YOOX ha cambiato proprietà, il livello di servizio è crollato. Davvero una grande delusione.

They are a horrible company. The refund policy is bad. They use customer money to earn interest. It's easy to take your money from your account within minutes but it will take them 2 months to refund you. This is a fraudulent act..

I strongly advise against shopping on YOOX. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with them, and their customer service is just as bad as their quality control. On more than one occasion, I received items that were completely unwearable—either damaged, defective, or in awful condition. To make matters worse, I also received the wrong product twice in a row. One time, they didn’t even bother to respond to my complaint, and the other time, their only “solution” was for me to send it back, with no real attempt to fix their mistake or offer proper compensation. For a company selling designer goods, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. If you value your time and money, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere!

Please DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Their shipper UPS collected my return and did not give me a receipt saying it was not necessary. YOOX absolutely refuse to accept this happened and will not refund me. I have asked them to check with UPS and contact driver on that day and they refuse. Every time I call I have to start from the beginning with a different agent, The have no goodwill at all. I am telling everyone I know not to buy from them again.

I had a terrible experience with YOOX, and I feel completely let down as a customer. I ordered a jacket in XL, but they sent the wrong size (M). I followed their return process and dropped it off at a UPS location, where I got a receipt for proof. Two weeks later, instead of getting my refund, YOOX claimed I returned an item not bought from their website, which is absolutely untrue. To make things worse, they sent me a package with judo uniforms I never ordered or returned. When I called to sort it out, they insisted this is what I sent them. I even asked UPS to verify what I dropped off, but they refused to cooperate. Now, I’m left without my jacket, without my money, and stuck with something I didn’t order. This whole situation has been frustrating and exhausting, and YOOX hasn’t done anything to fix their mistake. I can’t recommend ordering from them after this experience.

Yoox sells damaged items and items with manufacturing defects. I just received another item with major manufacturing defect from this store. YOOX is charging customers with return shipping fee if customer does not accept damaged item. After I already paid shipping fee once, this store is going to charge me a shipping fee again. They make the customer to pay for mistakes of store employees.

Yoox sells damaged items or items with manyfacturing deffects. Do not waist your time and money. This store will still charge you a shipping fee and return fee even if the item has a major manufacturing defect. I received over 15 items with defects from this online store.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought an item at full price, only to find out that it went on sale just a few days later for a significantly lower price. The worst part is, I haven’t even received the item yet! When I contacted customer service to request a price matching or a refund for the price difference, they refused to accommodate my request. This lack of flexibility and customer care is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping here again. It's frustrating to feel like I've been taken advantage of when companies refuse to stand behind their customers.

I received a Ralph Lauren shirt that I had ordered, and it had a hole in the front which they had sewn up, and now they won’t accept it back. The customer service responds to my emails, but their replies seem robotic—no matter what I ask or say, I get the exact same response. This company is no longer worth it. The shirt was either defective or second-hand, which they repaired and sold as new. The only thing they offered me was to put 16 euros in my account... for a Ralph Lauren shirt... it's ridiculous."

Yoox have refused my refund saying I sent them an empty box. This is not true Someone in warehouse is lying . I have been trying to get a refund for 4 months

'd like to describe the shocking and outrages situations that I've been experiencing from yoox customer service from the last 8 days. I've made my purchase 22.09. there were only 5 items. Because after couple of days there were no update on what's going on, I contacted yoox cust service on messenger. The person named JAYZ checked what's going on with the parcel and assured me that it will be shipped the next business day (it was to be Friday). I emphasised that it's crucial for me to get the confirmed information as I was to leave on the next Tuesday. Jayz told me 2 that I can be sure that the parcel would arrive on Monday. It was the first red flag for me cause I knew that UPS doesn't work on weekends. I asked Jayz three times in the conversation how do they estimate it if the parcel is not even shipped yet, is to be shipped on Friday and UPS never works on weekends and the parcel would be in transit for at least 4 days. Jayz ensured me that they checked it and the parcel will be with me on Monday. Guess what... They never shipped my parcel on Friday, so I contacted another agents and went to ... They apologized for Jayz's lack of professionalism and LIED ME again that my parcel is already shipped. I told this person (name RAY) that if they claim that it's shipped then I want to receive the tracking numer cause it's crucial for me as I'm leaving and someone has to take my parcel on my behalf. This liar, cause I don;t even know how to name this person, claimed that they don't have shipping label as it only woul be seen when the parcel arrives to my country. I become angry as hell cause I've made multiple purchases on yoox and I know very well it's a lie. I even pasted the screenshot from their policy which says that the customer can track the parcel from the moment that the label is generated and even before it's even shipped. I asked again if they can confirm that the parcel is shipped as the status was "in preparation". And this liar lied me again. I insisted on the shipping label that why this liar asked me to wait for another agent. Another agent - LAWRENCE - came on the next business day and confirmed that my parcel is shipped. It was another day when the status was "in preparation". The rage that I felt was indescribable. I asked again for the shipping label and then this person changed their mind and told me that my parcel indeed wasn't shipped as the shipping label is not there. At the same time this horrible customer service left me on chat and forced me to be connected with another agent that was not familiarised with the case and I had to paste screenshots and descibe the situation all over again!!! What's more- they told me to wait on the email from customer service couple of times. I only got one email from customer service and you won;t believe what they say - they offered me FREE SHIPPING CODE FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE!!!! when after I've made this particular purchase I immediatly got the FREE SHIPPING CODE FOR ANOTHER 10 SHIPPINGS. I've sent multiple emails to cust service- they never replied. I still don't have my parcel as UPS lost it somewhere in transit and yesterday I spent half of a day taling with yoox cust service that I don;t want this f****g parcel anymore. Guess what they told me - to wait for the email. As yoox is located in EU i"m going to write as many claims as I can. I plan to sue this store and report all possible inspections (including from the employment office), maybe then they will start taking people seriously. I will add at the end that I have proposed a solution to this situation twice, which satisfies me (a normal discount code and no fee for returning the package - due to its terrible delay), but of course the store decided to scold me. So yoox - wait for appropriate legal steps. If anybody is interested - I have all the screenshots from converstation to proove eveything I described above.

I buy a 2 pair of sneakers Philipp Plein ,I payed with Visa card and they sent me just 1 pair but I pay four two pairs and they dont give My money back. I dont order yoox never becouse I dont trust!!!! Yoox give My money back😡😡😡
