Awful customer service. I placed an online order, with a different shipping address and billing address. It was my boyfriend credit card, of course with his Authorization to charge on his card, and I did provide correct information of the card. Order was successfully placed, and later was being cancelled. Then, I called their customer service trying to resolve this issue. All they told me it’s that they are not able to help me, and I will need to place an new order online, they refused to help me to place a new order. They should had verified my credit card information and approved my order, but instead, they done nothing to help. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will never shop with Yoox.com ever again. Horrible customer service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I was a very happy customer and odrered a large amount of clothes from them,but I’m afraid I won’t be shopping there anymore because of my last experience.I bought two same items,because the price dropped down,and returned first one.But YOOX refunded me for wrong order,second(with lower price).They even made a return request for that order themselves in my profile!I wrote to Customer service,their responses were some generic copy-paste answers,and in every mail I had to explain the situation all over again.In the end they even confirmed that they received the return I really sent and will refund me,with the correct amount,but days have passed and nothing happened.I wrote them again,but they have ignored several of my e-mails.Very unprofessional and disappointing.Hard to imagine they don’t mind losing their loyal customers. After I left a review on Trustpilot,customer service contacted me and asked me to send them a code from the item.I asked them why do they need it and what is the problem?They didn’t respond,but finally refunded me for the correct return(price difference).I decided to return both of those same items I bought,but I can’t because return request for non-refunded order is blocked-they made it themselves,so when I try to open it,it says I can’t return any more item(and I haven’t returned any).I wrote to Customer care again,and they asked me for photos of item and code.Although I didn’t see point of that,I sent them.After that no response again for days,and ignoring my e-mails.I can’t believe they continued in a same way after the first strange situation.

Worst company ever. They have delivered the wrong size and I asked for a refund and reordered the same item. They delivered again the wrong size... I still did not recieve my money back. They ignore my emails, sending what seems to be emails written by robots. They are despicable ! I will never buy anything else from this company!

Fake goods. We bought Givenchy sweatshirt and it's a fake one. Very good fake with tag and all. But i spot the small details and send it to several professionals authentication companies and they all says it's fake.

Each time I get Yoox customer care rep in USA they are the rudest most disrespectful reps I have ever engaged with. Last time I’m ordering from these guys.

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS FORUM. My mother was deceived by a Gucci scarf listed for €160. The package never came with no explanation given. In assisting her with the refund process, my gmail account notified me the email from YOOX was unsafe to open. Do not be deceived by the low prices is website because it is not legit.

IN Black Friday sales, I ordered a pair of shoes No39 which I wanted to change to 38.5. The site didn't have an option and when I was trying to buy it again it was half price up. As a result, they didn't reply for the change of shoes' number, they oly said that it is not the same item the one I bought with the one the site had after that. Unacceptable customer service! Will not ever buy again!

Terrible customer service - incompetent and rude - received a reply (loaded with a bad attitude) just because I asked why the order I submitted 10 days before was not shipped yet ! At the end they offered “as an apology “ free return ( that’s standard for all their orders - they include the UPS return label already in then package )!!!!! #shameonyoox

I Purchased 3 items and and requested 1 item to be canceled and it was not possible so either I had received all the items and refund one that i dont want or they cancel everything and block the amount. which is doesnt make sense as it was a few days after obviously the money is already in their account. so i kept getting messages that the items are out for shipping and when i tracked the shipping it was already in Dubai. funny enough i after a day or so i received and email from Youssef that the amount has been blocked from their end i will receive it back in to the account. wheni contacted the bank the bank is telling me that the amount is deducted by the merchant YOOX so i should liaise with them for refund i'm so tired of this back and forth already obviously the bank wouldn't lie. YOOX on the other hand after reading all these bad reviews and as a 1st customer i dont trust them. I JUST WANT MY MONEY! i will never purchase from them ever again. I am so frustrated. can they just resolve this without back and forth emails. I've been requesting for a call from them regarding this as i cant get through telephonically. this is RIDICULOUS! Another things is they sent me an email saying they happy my issue was resolved who resolved this ISSUE? I CANT LOGIN INTO MY ACCOUNT apparently i don't have an account with them anymore even my email is not registered with their website anymore. DO NOT PURCHASE FROMTHEM!!!! bring back my money !

They cancel your order for no reason ( the real motive is that THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCTS) and then they postpone your refund until you call your bank, reverse the transaction, etc. These frauds must me closed and arrested.

REFUND - They are refusing to refund my last two returns, £84 and £60. They claim it was paid to me, but I have a physical letter from my bank stating that there is no trace of the payments. I also have a screenshot of the bank mobile app showing no refunds. I called YOOX 5 times and complained. Each time they said someone will get in touch and resolve the issue. Then they send an email saying "we paid it, here is a code that proves it" and there is no way for me to respond. I am put in a position to forget the £144 that they owe me, and never shop there again.

Easy and sad story. Easy and sad story. My wife decided to buy, for my birthday, a pair of shoes (Pantofolad'oro). After 5 times that I used them, they got broken and Yoox did not believe it. We sent back the shoes paying the shipping, they recredit us the cost of the shoes; then we order something else to be delivered in a specific and different address. They did not care about the new address, shipped to the wrong one, and lost track of the box. Long story short, they did not admit the mistake and we lost over 200$. And I have the feeling they did it on purpose to scam us with their fake customer service.

I have a canceled order from the 29th september, product reached your warehouse on the 4th of October and no further communication or refund process has begun. Customer care doesnt pick up, my emails are not answered and I have been blocked on facebook from your company. Is this how you treat your customers? Keep their money and block them??

Boots I received were not new! They were clearly scuffed and soles had wear on them. Registered for return but There was no returns label provided. Have chased and chased and no response from Customer Service. UPS advised it cost £30 to return the boots without the returns label. Am reading so many bad reviews and similar experiences!!! AVOID.

I have been buying from Yoox since they first opened many years ago. Their customer service is definitely worsened over the years. Hi have been on the phone for an hour, they finally got me off the queue but no one is taking the call. I called back from another number and I have been waiting for another 30 minutes. I don’t think that anyone is working and they should change their recording for today. Horrible client experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I paid a large amount of local taxes and duties because it is shipped to Canada - 35% tax. Other stores charge only 20% tax. I had to pay for shipping $40 USD. Other stores offer free shipping if an order is over $300 USD. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit me - too tight. I had to return the item. YOOX charges $5 USD for return shipping. Then I found out today that YOOX did not refund the local taxes and duties. They only refunded the price of the pair of shoes. It is the customer’s responsibilities to deal with Canada Customs to get the taxes and duties refunded. This is so ridiculous because I have never heard that a store charges for taxes and duties but then refuses to refund the tax and duties. I do NOT recommend buying from this store if you ship to a Canadian address. It’s a rip off site to shop from.

Great items, very poor customer support. Ship wrong items. The second time for last 2 month one of the item in my order canceled after the payment and 2 week waiting. Very bad wear house inventory. Order pants with matching cardigan, cardigan i order only because of this pants, thought it would be a great suit. After 2 weeks waiting they canceled my pants and send me a cardigan without any notification, which I not need without pants at all, I cant return it as it final sale and I have to pay for return shipping if they will do for me an exception. Plus I have to spend my time for their mistakes and unresponsibility. Very annoying. Shes which they canceled for me before back on site sale, not responsible, unprofessional.

I have been a customer of YOOX since they started in UK in 2015. I had no problems before but my latest order this week started by being accepted, is still pending on my credit card, yet had a reversed acceptance decision and cancelled by YOOX for some reason. No Means of contact. I suddenly get a call from YOOX asking me to stop ordering from them without any explanation given. Weird company. weird service. (considering I was a good customer with successful orders and returns for many years back)
