I received a Ralph Lauren shirt that I had ordered, and it had a hole in the front which they had sewn up, and now they won’t accept it back. The customer service responds to my emails, but their replies seem robotic—no matter what I ask or say, I get the exact same response. This company is no longer worth it. The shirt was either defective or second-hand, which they repaired and sold as new. The only thing they offered me was to put 16 euros in my account... for a Ralph Lauren shirt... it's ridiculous."
