“Absolutely beautiful items and great deals from so many awesome European brands. I've been shopping here for years and I've never had a problem with them. Easy returns and refunds never had an issue with that either. Fabulous! Love it!”

“YOOX is fabulous!!! Great products and selection. Delivery is swift and so are returns and refunds to my visa. I do not understand how there are complaints about YOOX. Haven been purchasing from YOOX for years and have never had any problems”

“After reading the reviews I was very worried about my order. But I was pleasantly surprised, the response from their customer service was almost instant, shipped a second working day after I placed my order and took a day to arrive (I am in Slovenia, delivered from Italy) I ordered the Buffalo boots and they are definitely genuine as I have another pair, therefore I know. Came with original packaging. It was my first purchase and I am very pleased. It’s a pity I can’t leave a review on their website.”

“I have been a customer for almost 10 years, my closet is filled with there fabulous and very fashionable Clothing. Customer service is outstanding, shipping is fast and I never had a problem returning and receiving a refund. I would love for YOOX to give some measurements for Waist and Bust I often have to return an Item because it is either to big or to small. I am a loyal Customer and and will always be, I love your trendy Merchandise.”
