Awful customer service. I placed an online order, with a different shipping address and billing address. It was my boyfriend credit card, of course with his Authorization to charge on his card, and I did provide correct information of the card. Order was successfully placed, and later was being cancelled. Then, I called their customer service trying to resolve this issue. All they told me it’s that they are not able to help me, and I will need to place an new order online, they refused to help me to place a new order. They should had verified my credit card information and approved my order, but instead, they done nothing to help. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will never shop with Yoox.com ever again. Horrible customer service πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž
