Young Architect has been a leader in ARE prep since 2013, offering products at every price point for every stage of your licensing journey.

Our flagship program The ARE Bootcamp is the only program for the ARE - everything else is just study materials. We give you the plan so you can focus on studying, not figuring out what to study. Just like architecture school, candidates learn together following our strategic curriculum.

We also offer many online courses with comprehensive CDT and ARE prep programs consisting of over 150 hours of video content and 1000+ practice questions.

Founded by Michael Riscica, a licensed architect coaching ARE candidates since 2015. Our philosophy: use your path to licensure to master the craft of practicing architecture.

“In one sentence... "Most personable ARE prep program - real people, not computers" What sets Young Architect apart is that it's the most personable ARE prep program out there. You're working with real people, not just staring at a computer screen all day. Mike answers the phone any time of day because he genuinely wants to see us succeed as much as he wants to promote the program. This is his way of giving back to the profession. I've tried other resources before finding Young Architect, and nothing compared to the personal attention and community you get here. When I had to take a two-month break from studying because work got crazy, I didn't feel financially penalized like I would with other ARE prep programs that charge hundreds each month. I didn't feel like I was losing a grasp on the progress I had made. The Bootcamp and community were still there when I was ready to come back. Mike doesn't care how long it takes you to get to the finish line - he just wants you to keep moving forward. That support system is something you won't find anywhere else. The friendships I made through Young Architect have lasted well beyond my licensing journey. We're all still in touch, still helping each other grow as professionals. “Working with the hardest working man in architecture since 2018 I've been Young Architect's content producer since 2019, and I can honestly say I've never seen anyone more dedicated to their students than Michael Riscica. I've traveled with him to countless architecture conferences, filmed SIX Young Architect Conferences, and documented hundreds of interviews with ARE Bootcamp graduates over the years. What blows me away is how Mike lives and breathes this stuff - 7 days a week, no joke.
