“Ordered a rear plate with a specific logo on it, sent the plate with the wrong logo. Have emailed them numerous times, had one reply saying that they have not received my original email. Now trying to get my money back via PayPal. Do yourself a favour and get plates elsewhere.”
“Order a set of plates one evening last week, within 15 minutes I cancelled the order as I realised that they are in fact illegal and cannot be added to a road car in the U.K
I kindly asked them to cancel the order, 24 hours later I receive an email saying my plates have been despatched.
I contacted them again asking them to cancel the order. I felt I gave them plenty of time to cancel as it was within 15 minutes of the order being placed.
A week later and ive heard absolutely nothing from A1 show plates. but they've still taken the money out of my account.
