"Bought an auto feeder for poultry, game etc.\r\nAfter buying all the items and labour involved to get it operational, I felt that the design was quite poor due to feed when being spun out of the unit hits the cage and some go back and gather on the square lid of the box underneath!\r\nThis causes problems especially if having to mount it low due to the area being limited, as even on low speed it does come out fast!\r\nAfter several discussions with the company about the problem I had they suggested I make something to dispose of this myself!\r\nThe director said we have sold 5000 and yours is the only complaint we have had, I\u2019m sure it would be easy to design something domed to disperse the feed off the bottom of the box underneath.\r\nI did get a refund by eBay when I sent the item back, but the company wouldn\u2019t even consider the extras I had to do to make this operational, an honest feedback was put on eBay about this, but for some reason someone has removed it!\r\nLook at the photos attached when considering your application for this unit, the animals I have wouldn\u2019t go anywhere after it worked due to the spillage still there, even goats which shouldn\u2019t eat this got involved.\r\nHope you find this useful"
