“Despite booking ahead and then ringing on hour ahead to confirm the booking (as requested), Abba cars failed to show. My husband rang up and after 50 mins got though, when he stated the issue he was put on hold and just left. The operator did not return to him. We ended up having to use another firm, which took 2 hours to achieve. Incredibly frustrated and irritated with this company and would never consider using again.”
