“Scammed my parents out of £9,000. I don’t know what demons do things like this but I do know that there’s a special kind of karma for these people. And if you say it’s just the people that own it, you’re wrong. Anyone who has anything to do with these companies deserves everything they get and more. Sadly. They’ll just open up with a new name and continue to scam people.”
“This company is now out of business and took many people's money under false pretences but you might be able to claim it back if you paid with a credit card under Section 75 of the Consumer Act. If they won't do it, take it to the Financial Ombudsman. We did and succeeded in getting reimbursement from the credit card company.”
“A Scam company fronted by Mark Rowe, they take your money and do nothing other than make their own certificates that say you have left your timeshare, they have changed ownership several times but are still taking desperate owners money.
they even get you to sign a non disclosure so you wont inform on them, but don't worry its another worthless piece of paper!!”
“I was praying for an answer for the last 4 weeks. I wanted to get rid of our timeshare and one day I was on the train and read the Evening Standard and I saw the advert. It answered my prayers and I called the day after. When I spoke to ABC Lawyers they asked me about my timeshare and they said they knew all about CLC. I wanted to do it straight away, so came to Stratford upon Avon. You have answered my prayers, thank you. Service rating 5*. We are very happy.”
““We had been looking on line and came across ABC Lawyers Ltd, we have been thinking for a while of how to get out of our Timeshare as we now can only travel in school holidays and every time we try to book we are told everywhere is full, last year we tried to book a holiday anywhere in Europe, again we were told everywhere is fully booked, our only option was to book 2 years in advance which is ridiculous. We are now looking forward to booking holidays when and where we want to go in the future” 3.5 Stars.”

There have been 3 other companies before ABC Lawyers, supposedly helping us get away from our timeshare. None have cut the mustard when it’s come down to it. So, when I looked online (after seeing an ad in the paper) and filled in a survey, it was a pleasant surprise to be contacted with such enthusiasm and positivity. Jo and Allyson, in the first instance, were brilliant and with us every step of the way. We have never been looked after by a company like ABC Lawyers! Once in York, Lee has been the true professional, in clarity and explanation, plus makes a good cup of tea, always a bonus. Diane certainly has ‘got what it takes’ to assist us on our journey, a professional with a sense of humour, not many of those around. ABC Lawyers have certainly got our vote, and we are happy to say so.”

We contacted ABC Lawyers after seeing an advert in the Daily Express. We spoke to Jack & Lorraine who were really helpful, and as Jack said, ‘you don’t know what will happen if you don’t come’. Wayne has explained everything down to the last point, and makes a good cuppa too. The contracts were explained by Diane, and knowing she is there to talk to if we have any questions is peace of mind. Everyone and everything has been helpful and so well organised, even down to the taxi being on time at the hotel. The weight that has been lifted from us has been tremendous, we did not want family to have to deal with this, once we were gone. We are glad we got in touch and we have made the right decision.”
