“The only problem was that the delivery paperwork does not show either the PO number or the name of the person who placed the order. So in a big company the parcel sits in Goods Inwards until someone hunts it down. So I don't know when or how it arrived.”

“Ordered 2 toners together but they were delivered seperately on the same day. Also one of the toners was in a large box with loads of paper inside to protect it which was such an unnecessary waste. If they had both been in the box then it wouldn't be so wasteful.”
