“I had nothing but a good experience with this company, they kept communication, I was given a tracking number for the courier...it arrived sooner than they said it would, quality furniture, would definitely buy from them again!”

“Still waiting for an order placed on 27 May, emails going unanswered - no idea if the item is even with the courier yet.... Very poor customer service. I recognise we are in unprecedented times, however, they were very quick to confirm the order and take payment!”

“We ordered a chest of drawers, delivery was as expected. We had a small issue with one of the drawer fronts, this was not problem at all. They sent out a replacement straight away (brilliant). Issue's happen, it's how it's dealt with and they gave great customer service.”

“Truly appalling. Ordered 2 Oslo desks for my business. Half of each desk arrived. Abdabs did very little or nothing to resolve. Demanding a refund, met with silence. Even the courier’s tracking site shows incomplete delivery. So many ways Abdabs could have shown some class but they didn’t. DO NOT USE”

We have been communicating with you and the courier. During this difficult time due to the higher volume of orders Abdabs and the courier are processing it has taken longer than usual to resolve. As the courier couldn't find the missing boxes replacements have been despatched.

“A dabs had replied to my previous emails but theirs went into my junk folder and I dont check this very often. Once they were aware of the problem they apologised and despatched my order on 27th giving me tracking no. Unfortunately, unbeknown to me DPD’s website was down so tracking no. didn’t work. Abdabs emailed this fact to me and the order turned up today at 1.40. Faith restored in this Company would use again”

“Incredible service. Delivery was really quick and I received constant updates of the delivery status. Spent the first night in my bed last night and it is well made and sturdy. Would definitely recommend Abdabs.”

“Looks good, nice and sturdy but not heavy. Bit tricky to put together, but once we figured the order it was ok. I didn’t receive a delivery day but as it’s lockdown, it didn’t matter.”

“We are over the moon with our chest of draws from Abdabs. I saw the chest of draws originally on another website of a well known brand, however the price was more expensive than I wanted to pay and delivery was nearly 3 weeks. I saw it on Abdabs and was unsure as never ordered anything from here before, however I couldn’t be anymore impressed, it turned up within a couple days, the price was better than other websites and it was so well packaged there was no chance of any damage. It looks amazing in our living room and we are over the moon with it!”

“I placed an order with this company on 11th May 2020. I fully appreciate that the current situation is very difficult but it’s now the 26th of May and despite sending them 2 emails asking when I can expect delivery they have not had the decency to reply. Very dissatisfied with the service. Would not use again and unless they contact me by Friday I shall be asking for a refund.”
