“Very disappointed with ABL1TOUCH , uploaded pictures of damage to my car to ABL1TOUCH over 5 weeks back and still no response or decision by company. Preferred repair company for ESURE so kind of at mercy of this auto repair company. Cannot get through to them on the phone and no response to emails ( I can see read receipts and who has read the Message ) NO callback or update. Nightmare to get through on their telephone line. On last call where I managed to get through to ABL1TOUCH number Operator did not help at all. ESURE needs to stop using ABL1TOUCH as it seems they dont care at all. Telephone line ABL1TOUCH CROYDON HUB keeps ringing and select option it gives message "MAILBOX IS FULL" and drops the line. Complete waste of time. 5weeks the picture of my damaged car are with them and still no action or update. Shocking how companies with such negative attitudes manage to carry on ? -5 stars as far as Communication to customers. Person answering Phone do not want to give their Full names but as Customer I have to provide all my details every time the call is transferred to next operator ( This indicates no responsibility or accountability ) All i got was my name is Ell_iot and I am not allowed to share my full name -Really ?”
