“I rang the company in the early hours of this morning as I had partial no power. I had no power in my outhouse which houses 2 freezers.
Engineer arrived on time. He advised that the feeder cable going to the rear of the property was showing as faulty and he could not repair it. He also advised I need a total rewire. I received a bill for £230.80 for an hours work.
A friend of my neighbours is an electrician and in 10 minutes he diagnosed a faulty extension cable. Admittedly he is coming to do some other work in the future.
I feel the engineer was not helpful at all and was not confident in what he was doing.”
