“The Able idea is great, with very enlightening health coaching. The user interface does feel a bit clunky, though, and it takes you quite a bit of time to navigate from one section to another. I also had trouble with the syncing of data from my other fitness devices, which really lessened the experience.”

“The meal plans and fitness advice from Able are spot-on, though the app is always lagging and crashing, which makes it pretty hard to stick with. This coaching aspect is pretty good, but these technical issues trump the benefits. It is frustrating when you're really motivated and can't access features smoothly.”

“While I liked the tailored meal plans and fitness coaching one gets from Able, frequent malfunctioning of the app reduced the experience that much more. The app keeps crashing almost every time I intend to track progress. Technical stability has to be seriously improved for a smoother experience, although the expert advice is good.”
