“Last fall we drove from Vancouver to pickup a roll cage because it was too large to courier. Al was great, showed us around his yard. I think hes closed on the weekend, but accommodated us anyways. This time we needed tail light wiring. Thank goodness Purolator was able to courier this part in a few days. Thank you again !”

Hi Kelley, Yes, it is very disappointing that Canada Post is on strike. However, once the package is received by a courier, there is nothing we can do. I’m sure you have other Canada Post mail that is not reaching you as well as this snowmobile track. I have added your original review in English as well as my reply in French, so it is very clear to anyone reading this, that the review is regarding shipping after it has left our facility. Original review from Kelley Maltais translated to English – ‘I still haven't received my snowmobile track and the delivery date has been passed for a long time... I am very very disappointed … :( ’ I do hope that the strike will be over soon! Shannon Bonjour Kelley, Oui, c'est très décevant que Postes Canada soit en grève. Cependant, une fois le colis reçu par un coursier, nous ne pouvons rien faire. Je suis sûr que vous avez d'autres envois de Postes Canada qui ne vous parviennent pas, tout comme cette chenille de motoneige. J'ai ajouté votre avis original en anglais ainsi que ma réponse en français, afin qu'il soit clair pour tous ceux qui lisent ceci que l'avis concerne l'expédition après le départ de nos installations.
