Hi, I bought the Atom RS series chair from you. A sharp piece of metal inside the chair has made a hole in the on the seat part of the chair (not where I sit but where legs go over the end) and scratched my leg. Are you able to repair, replace or offer a solution please. Thanks for you help with this.
