“excellent service and barrister, I was really up against it in my case and at the beginning I had no chance of saving my licence, I got in touch with absolute and they guided me to a barrister who went above and beyond and out of his way to help me and saved my licence. “I discovered Absolute Barrister when searching the internet for help regarding a challenge against one of my product trademarks. The help, guidance and assistance given at the start from Absolute Barrister was very professional and friendly. They secured the services of a barrister experienced in trademark matters who gave me an acceptable fixed cost to begin the defence of the challenge against my trademark ownership. I was extremely impressed with the communications and attention to detail from the barrister and the level of input in relation to the cost agreed. When second submissions were required I was again given a satisfactory fixed cost and the additional work carried out was superb. I felt very re-assured that the best possible compilation and presentation of paperwork and evidence had been achieved. The end result was a total victory for me in retaining my trademark. “from beginning to end the service was excellent. very easy to follow instructions, our concerns or questions were all dealt with in a very professional and precise manner. all the team including our barrister were available at all times but special mention has to go to our legal assistant Tobias Croft whose help in resolving our dispute was superb.”

“Very good value for money ratio. Excellent quality for a reasonable fee. Sharp insight and attention to detail helped to discover flaws and inconsistencies from the other party which killed the trial before it even started. I found the regular contact through the portal very useful as it allows to extend the exchange without incurring in extra conference bookings to sort out queries. I never felt abandonned and felt encouraged to keep track of developments. Many thanks for an excellent service.”

“I can't recommend Absolute Barrister highly enough. Unlike the solicitors I contacted who wanted thousands of pounds to simply review my case, Absolute Barrister quickly put me in touch with counsel who helped me get on top of the problem and put me firmly in the driving seat when it came to the negotiations. They also supported me through the process so that I was able to deal directly with the court process myself and get a real resolution. Even my respondent was impressed with how quickly and effectively I had managed to get together a case against him! Thank you Kari and the team”

“Maybe better to ask for my feedback once you've won my case for me ... however in the mean time I am delighted to say how happy I am with the service so far. The biggest obstacle about appointing a barrister is always costs, whilst I have cheaper experiences I must say the cost is reasonable... certainly better than other quotes, and when compare to the importance of my case then I'd definitely describe it as worthwhile. My appointed barrister is young and very keen, she has been an absolute godsend right from the word go. She appears to be very knowledgeable and has been there every step of the way so far. Whilst I have not won (or lost) my case yet I feel infinitely more confident now I have her beside me. She has proven herself to be dedicate and extremely hard working, indeed even emailing me late into a Saturday night when she has been working on my case. I would have no problem at all in recommending the services of Absolute Barristers and although I hope I never find myself in this situation again I would be straight back on the phone and I'd even ask for the same barrister again. “Contacted Absolute Barrister to ask for some court representation due to a family matter than I was being taken to court for. I must admit I was a little sceptical at first as had never dealt with this type of service before and had my reservations as to whether I should have got a solicitor instead. My first impression with the team at AB was excellent, very professional from the start and their service was very clearly explained to me which made me feel a lot more comfortable that I had chosen the right route. As soon as a barrister was assigned to my case I had a call with him and was able to share documents on a regular basis through the AB portal, which in the run up to a case is essential as often things change / develop along the way. Through expert advice and the right barrister being chosen I won my case. I would highly recommend AB's services to anyone that is unfortunate enough to have to go through legal proceedings. Can't praise their services enough - absolutely fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
