MAJEKS WALKER STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRUAD , PLEASE , HE IS NOT FAR OFF BEING A CROOK !!!! I can only echo what mr Adam Asaadi has already said. He took thousands of pounds off me to pursue a legal case, which he later told me wasn’t really his field . He will be in contact constantly until he has been paid , Once you have paid him he becomes near enough impossible to contact. Making excuse after excuse. Even refusing to give back my money when he had realised that he had filled the wrong papers, on my behalf. He organised a court date on my behalf, then decided to go on holiday and not even turn up, costing me thousands AGAIN. This is just the tip of the iceberg. If only I could tell you all the hole truth . BOTTOM LINE IS, HE REALLY IS A DISGRACEFUL HUMAN , WITH NO MORALS WHAT SO EVER . PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR , COUNTACT WAS MADE THROUGH DIRECT ACCESS BARRISTER’S, WHO ALSO DID NOT SEEM TO WANT TO KNOW ABOUT HIS CONDUCT , BEWARE !!!🥵😡 im happy to elaborate

Barrister Majeks Walker is a very disappointing barrister. He always left issues to the very last second. He never kept to his promises. His calls are seconds only despite the urgency. I paid him thousands of pounds to represent me in Court, and did not contact me for not being able to attend. Thus, I had to engage and pay another barrister at a very short notice. And my money had gone down the drain. I've contacted the legal ombudsman and the bar council about his misconduct. I can provide more info and be happy to disclose message communications with him.

I am writing back on this, more for catharsis than anything as I used Absolute Barrister in 2016. I am only able to write now as I have now finalised my case in court, mainly due to the absolute mess this company left me in and how much the other side manage to do with my business whilst I was trying to get resolution and even some contact from this company. I waited for half a year after being assured that they could help me. They did not find me a barrister that they assured me they could. I waited for months to have a barrister that then could not deal with the main aspect of my case which was my business. I was completely stalled for 6 months. After they said they would find a barrister who could help with the business aspect of my case, I then spent 3 months trying to speak to them, and no one returning my calls after I had paid £1400 to them. I ended up contacting the legal ombudsman who did get me a refund from them but offered for me to take matters further but I was unable to do so as I needed the refund and headspace to continue to pursue my case elsewhere. Katy Gittins and Kari contacted me initially and "sold" their services to me with many reassurances throughout the early stages. I was always polite and yet they then refused to answer my calls after taking my money. The receptionists (many of them) assured me that the calls were being logged and someone would get back to me but no one was responding. I was absolutely desperate, Katy even laughed and said to me "there's nothing like a separation to help with a diet" when I told them that I was so stressed that I couldn't eat. I have just read that Simon and Katy Gittins were married and both Directors and she resigned in 2017 and the company is no longer in business. It's shocking that naively I thought that someone "working in law" would be honest and helpful not add to abuse. It took me over 10 months to get my refund and thankfully the legal ombudsman were brilliant.

Nigel Stelling Citadell chambers Birmingham I was advised that this man is a top barrister. A bumbling fraud would be more accurate. After being wrongly accused for something i did not do i took this fauds advice assuring me he could handle the case and have the case dismissed.i ended up being wrongly convicted and found myself in prison.i would strongly advise anybody considering using this man to avoid.

i have been asking for an invoice, since i have paid the money, every time i ring they say they will send one. it is very bad

Our sincere apologies: it shouldn’t happen and we need to improve our service. On investigation our invoice request system is new and didn't preform as required. It will be reviewed to further automated and improve this process. Please accept our apologies and I am sorry that you had to wait until the review process to get what you need.
