"\u26a0\ufe0f Fraudulent Seller \u2013 Beware of Absolute Home Textiles\r\n\r\nI was misled by Absolute Home Textiles. Their website listed the item as \u201c5 Zone Memory Foam Mattress with Cover\u201d, but they only sent me a simple mattress topper cover. After I raised a complaint, they admitted both on a phone call and publicly on Trustpilot that the description was wrong.\r\n\r\nIn their Trustpilot response, they pretended to care and asked me to email them \u2013 but after I did, they never replied or resolved my issue. This proves their responses here are fake statements just to look good in public, while they keep the customer\u2019s money.\r\n\r\nBecause of this misleading description, I ended up paying \u00a3211.20 for something I could have bought on Amazon for \u00a348. That\u2019s a loss of \u00a3163.20 due to their fraudulent practices.\r\n\r\nThey are clearly cheating customers with false advertising and fake responses. I am now reporting them to PayPal and the relevant authorities, and I strongly warn others: do not trust Absolute Home Textiles."

"Wrong colour items were sent for my bulk shipment to Amazon which resulted in back to back returns and negative customer experiences for which my listing got deactivated.\nI had to then remove all the stock which resulted in me loosing money on all the ads run for that listing plus the delivery charges & removal costs. The pitty is that when I asked for an apology for this blunder they just wouldn't do it and ignored it like no biggie because their ego is so through the roof.\nVery very disappointed !!!"
