I requested the money back multiple times but no response and it appears they listed me as a professional trader with out my knowledge and the minimum to request back is 5000. Between me opening the account and requesting the money back i changed credit card but when i requested information how do i update the information so i could receive the money back i had no response.

Being suggested by its agent Alex Couper reserves of Bitcoin were done being resold to JP Morgan with wonderful profit. The problem came out when I asked to withdrawal part of this amount. When the agent using my computer by AnyDesk remote control started the operation, after I paid the related taxes using my money not part of the one present in my AcceptTrade account (strange matter), he told me was necessary to make it in more tranches because the amount was to high. During the withdrawal operation at certain point he asked me to give him the OTP I received on my phone to fix the first credit on my credit card. My bank blocked my card the operation and a following one. My bank told me the operations were both in out not in in! So now my funds are still indicated as present in my AccepTrade account and Alex Couper yesterday told me he will call me today to withdrawal and send this amount to my bank in a different way.

“I have no complaints about George Kay (Initial sales)who went above and beyond his job description, however I have the opposite experience from the so called broker, I opened my account 10 days ago, I still have no way of accessing my account, it was explained simply and clearly that I needed to arrange this by appointment because I am extremely ill, ( my internal organs are failing) and things like I’m not computer literate, I don’t have my own email, I need to have someone who knows how to use one with me etc, He has failed to attend all 3 appointments, his excuse was “I have hundreds of calls each day you have only mine” not impressed!
