“As always, the Accio!Box t-shirt was super soft and sported a beautiful design. I was a bit disappointed that the design was pretty similar to a HP t-shirt I already owned. The potted plant cover was super clever and such a clever and subtle way to rep your love for magical herbology! Unfortunately the hat didn't fit me (I'm a cis-woman who's head is bigger than 'average') but the design was also another subtle HP accessory that I know I'll find someone with a smaller head to appreciate it.”
“This was my first ever subscription box and it did not disappoint!! I love the t-shirts the best! You find them anywhere else and only other real fans get it!! I love our magical world because no matter where you go you'll meet another wizard or witch and have a nice convo just for moment.”
“We renew my daughter's subscription every 6 months for Christmas and birthday...she loves getting her box in the mail and enjoys the cute variety of the items inside. I've only had to reach out to customer service once with a billing question, and they answered me right away! Polite and efficient...I love this company!”
“I think it must just be personal taste at this point. I just haven't been crazy about hardly any of the items of the past year. I've been hanging on, in hopes that they would get better, but for me, they haven't. I do still enjoy the staff shirts and occasionally another item or two from the box each month, but it's getting harder and harder to justify paying over $50 each month for paper/plastic, sometimes quite small, items. I'm hoping the new direction of the box will be just the shift needed to feel as though we are getting our money's worth. Would love to see more replicas or subtle nods to the series. Definitely would like higher quality items with materials such as glass, metal, even resin would be good. Maybe find an alternative for the shirts, possibly different wareables. I don't know...all I know is that I'm putting a lot of faith in this new direction. If it's no better, then it might just be time to cancel.”
“I canceled my subscription in September and they charged me again in November. When I disputed the charge their response was “she had two prior charges that were not disputed”. That’s because I had not canceled the subscription prior to September!! Don’t purchase anything from them or you’ll be paying indefinitely for nothing in return! What a scam. They even acknowledged that I had canceled my subscription. I would have left zero stars but that wasn’t an option. Oh and forget trying to contact anyone in customer service. All they provide is an email.”
“I liked the Neville Box. The hat is great, so warm! As Always love the t-Shirt, they are so soft! I was surprised by the Mug! The Color Changing graphic is perfectly Neville, and a great addition to my mugs! I absolutely love the Pin, it was the perfect conclusion to the Series! The only Item I don't know what to do with.”
