I remember we had a talk about this in the live chat. Unfortunately, you decided to contact us after spending your BE on the account. We happily would have replaced your account in the case of missing BE. If something is wrong please contact us right away and we will take care of it. As for champs, we decided to not buy any champs on the BE accounts. This way you can spend the BE on the champs that you actually want, instead of us forcing the champs on your account.
