Worst company we have ever used
AVOID AT COST
We had a cess pit shared between our neighbours of 3 property’s
It’s approx used to get emptied 6-8 months
Now the inadequate one that a r drainage installed is now every 6-8 weeks!!!!!
The shared one It’s approx 70 years old
It was having problems so we decided to come away and have. A new cess pit for just for ourselves
Eddie came out and had the gift of the gab and promised us everything but has delivered nothing
We asked for the same size cesspit that does all 3 property’s
We explained to him everything we do and how many people will be using it
We got a quote and gave up our annual dividends to pay for it
£14100
Here’s the lies and disaster list
1 We was told it would take 1 week to complete
It took 6 weeks
2 I complained after 10 days he said he would put more men on the job, only to take them back off again 2/3 days later
3 staff turnover time is so high, it’s ridiculous only 1 or 2 knew what they were doing and some are on drugs
4 we only received the paperwork at the end, to find out that the cesspit is too small
5 I wouldn’t pay the remainder till I was given a guarantee that the cess pit is fit for purpose, this was worth nothing
6 installation eventually finished mid sep 2025 pit needed emptying before Xmas 2025
7 I called technical support and told them what size has been fitted they advised a 4-5 size bio marsh instead of the size 2 bio marsh installed
8 the ground was not wackier plated after they finished, the ground sank in a few places, I complained again 3 times they came out and just threw dirt on it
My husband is disabled with bad knees
He twisted and fell in the holes 4/5 times, in the end my son came and did there job for them
7 I asked them to come to see if it needed emptying as we was getting back smells my the bathrooms
They said no it doesn’t but sent tanker anyway at a cost of £250
I didn’t believe them so I booked a different company a week later to empty it
2000L was taken out, smells stopped
8 raised a complaint and wanted to activate tor guarantee was given a quote for another £7,500
This was to rectify there mistake
This made me angry and o felt completely ripped off
9 I’ve tried to mediate with them to come back and rectify there error to put it on at there cost not mine, I was getting palmed off with excuses for 2/3 weeks
10 feb 2026 the smells came back again in the bathrooms
I complained again they tried to bill me another £150
We had another company come to it empty again
11 I have no alternative now but to go to court, not really what I want to do but have no alternative
Thee whole experience form start to now is deeply stressful, exhausting and time consuming and this needs to be rectified asap at no further cost to ourselves
I’m at my wits ends and don’t want to keep paying out £175 every 6-8 weeks instead of 6-8 months as before we came off the shared cess pit
I’ve put off doing this 1 star review but now have no Choice to share with others there imcompentence”

The plumber in question I worry was a bit dismissive initially - the initial visit was a 'quick fix' - though when that didn't work - he came back the next day and did the additional work under the same tariff. My wife and my mum said he was very polite - I didn't meet him myself.
All in all a bit pricier than a locally sourced job - but you get a top-notch service very quickly. When I had tried calling the local people in the first instance - I got no reply or some people said 'nothing for 2 days'”

The engineer arrived, did his diagnosis, needed parts so left but returned in the morning and fixed the problem. A very good service was provided and was kept informed at all times, will recommend to my friends excellent”
