“My product came very 2-3 days. It was exactly as I expected and I was extremely pleased with the carrier who sent me tracking information and a very accurate time when to expect delivery. As I wouldn’t be in it allowed me to select a safe place for it to be left. I could go on later I see a picture of my parcel at my home. Brilliant I would use these again.”

“Purchased two pairs of these trousers and supposed to have draw cords in the bottom hems Unfortunately they had no draw cords at all!”

We have checked your order which was for the AWT B-Click Action Work Trousers these are a fitted leg and do not have draw cords. If you require drawcords the item required would be the PCCT B-Click Combat Trousers. We are happy to swap these for you if they have not been used? “The boots I ordered were delivered quickly and are excellent value. They are comfortable, waterproof and great on slippy surfaces. ( I need them for dog walking on the Isle of Arran rocky beaches).”

“Good quality rubber boot ( lve had before) not small in size compare to cheaper boots, so l should have gone for 9 instead of 10 Price is the same lve had before , but then adding posting worked out dearer”
