“I’m really disappointed with this jacket. I’ve been wearing Flexitong clothing for years and have always been very happy with the quality, which is why this was such a let-down. I ordered both trousers and a jacket in size XS, as I always do. The trousers fit perfectly, but the jacket is extremely short and the pockets are very small and shallow. I wore the jacket to work and every time I bend down, my entire back is exposed. The pockets are also impractical — I can’t fit essential items like my calculator, FOB, paperwork or a small notebook. I don’t know if my particular jacket is faulty, but the previous versions were definitely much better in terms of fit and functionality.”

“Pretty dificult to write a review on something that you still havent received delivery of. Delivery was specified as 2 -3 days, order was placed on 2nd October 2024.”

“Ordered bottle green tunics and received maroon ones..very disappointed ..also expect me to print off return labels then find a dpd shop to return...ask if dpd could pick up wrong coloured ones when they delivered my replacement green tunics to get told no...alot of hassle..really not worth it”

“My issue is with delivery times and how the company deals with complaints over the Xmas period. The holiday delivery times weren't displayed when placing the order. When complaint I got the standard check the website. No empathy or undertaking that it could've been displayed when ordering. Sour grapes on my part.. possibly but its effected my confidence using the site going forward. I paid for a quick delivery and got a two week delay.”

“Shoes arrived so late, nobody was even knocking on the door and driver lie he left a card. Tracking number shows my package has been delivered to Coventry depot but for the Next day I received an email with information that my order is in post office on my road. I collected the shoes just to see they're too small even I've ordered 1size up. After all that I've sent an email to customer service that I want to do exchange or return but nobody answered. Now they send me this email with 10% discount asking me to rate them. Don't know is my bad luck or poor customer service. Very disappointed as really need this shoes for my new job.”

“Friendly website, quite easy to navigate, easy till process but... it took some 17 days for goods to be delivered! Product was in stock and was promised to be delivered before Christmas. Sorry Ace Safetywear but I can't promise I will use your service in the future.”

“Even though my order was listed as in stock it wasn’t so I still haven’t received my full order yet. The blame was firmly placed at their supplier so obviously they don’t carry there own stock. Shame I am starting a new job without full PPE equipment.”

“Pants seem ok, but the size measurements are way out. Ordered size 32 waist, same as all my other pants. Could not even get the pants to meet in the middle while breathing in heavily. Suggest maybe going one or two sizes above what you actually are.”

“I placed my order, received a phone call as they needed vat to be paid as the order form had not included it. Had to call them up twice just to receive a vat invoice as non had been sent. Was informed vat invoices had to be requested.”

“Order made for a 52 inch hi vis executive vest. The gentleman who dealt with my enquiry was polite and having twice checked sizings I was told I required a 2xl however when I received the vest it was far too small and certainly did not fit my chest size and so returned for a full refund. It does appear that the makers sizing does represent the actual true fit and would say not to depend on sizings given.”
