Hello Kevin, Just wondering if you intend to pay the money you owe me or are still insisting Pay Pal took your money and didn't pay me.?. They are interested in the proof of the accusation against them. Due to the nature of my business my phone is on permanent record mode. Both you and a lady accuse PayPal of taking your money and not paying me. Even asking me to phone them. I will gladly send you part of these recordings if you wish.
However I don't want to make an issue of this as you are a small business and probably work hard. ( as I do myself.)
Because the second transaction was over the phone you should have given me a receipt .You state this in your terms etc. .But you didn't. All you did was take the money from my account. No confirmation whatsoever. NB. Not good trading standards.
Delivery was also late.
So, if 35 pounds means so much to you please keep it but please stop treating me as an idiot. Perhaps you should phone PayPal and ask why they took money from your account and never payed the customer. Odd.
assume you have the Like to hear the so called telephone conversation with a lady who works here as we have never had a female on the payroll assume this feedback is from a competitor
