I went to midlands mall ackermans to do exchange than the guy his name called Innocent gave me the bad customer services in such a way that he also suggest that I must do a refund instead of assisting me🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️I don’t wanna lie I used to do shopping for my kids there but his attitude made me hate doing shopping at ackermans,his was rude to me

20 days later still haven't received my click and collect refund plus they claim the case was resolved and closed...poor service

On the ackermans website it clearly states that in the case of a lay-buy I am fully eligible for a refund without original slip provided I have a valid id as the original purchaser.

Do not buy from ackermans Online. Did not deliver my online order. Order placed and paid on the 29th of April 2025 and requested for a refund on the 21st of May 2025. Hoping to get my money back.

I was told I cannot get a refund without the receipt and that the only thing left to do is to give me a voucher.

I'm in Wonderpark store for refund I waited an hour for my cash refund.no one assisted me.they take me back and forth saying this and that.i always shop there for my kids but I'm definitely disappointed ☹️ with their service today.

I think your staff must be trained more about customer service , coz i don't think the staff of Musina ,at MUSINA mall Akermans know about it, including the manager herself {Tebogo} ,i went there in order to do a refund on one of the items i bought there, but i was just shouted at in front of customers, I hav never felt so embarrassed ,I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT IN THAT SHOP AGAIN.
