“My account was locked a few months ago and due to me adding an invalid bank account. I went ahead and provided acorns with the required information. Now, I'm getting nonstop calls and texts about fraudulent transfers. And when I call customer service, there is no supervisor to speak with, or anyone to escalate the issue to. In fact, they've emailed me again today asking me for more information, bank statements, etc and are telling me to reset my password, when my account is locked LOL Stupidity or scam? Probably both.”
