Their fireplaces look only vaguely like the brochures, you get simpler, knock-off versions when you buy.
If you need a design modified, they will be happy to charge you extra only to send you their standard size so you have to change your hearth etc.
Both these things happened to me, plus they were generally lying to me and delayed me for many months until the fireplace arrived packaged from abroad, most likely China.
These days, Chinese factories produce quality work, buy direct, it is simpler, faster, cheaper and infinitely more honest.”
