"I usually wear L\/M clothing and have 33cm biceps when flexed. The large pocket is tight on my upper arm, and stays in place when running fast and slow. I did notice on the first few uses, some dye transferred from the band to my skin. I would recommend this product. "

"Well, I'm not a runner, but I was looking for something light and very reflective to wear when I'm on my motorbike. Other backpacks pull and hurt my shoulders and back, this one is so comfortable I didn't even notice I was wearing it, I also had to check that it was still on!
