“5/5 for the product, 1/10 for service. I ordered a set of Leki poles which came with shark trigger gloves. The gloves were way too big M-XL (no option to order any size at the time of purchase, but they are women's specific so I assumed a smaller glove). I was advised to sell the gloves on Facebook and order a smaller size online at Glimmer Gear with 25% discount. After paying $350 for poles, I don't think I should have to pay an additional $75 on gloves. Very disappointing as I wanted to support a female owned Australian company. Wouldn't purchase here again.”

I am so sorry we let you down. I completely agree with you it is a lose-lose situation here. We are unable to just switch the gloves over as they are part of the set that come with the poles. I hate that this is the case. I completely respect and understand your decision. I wish there was another way we could help you with this.
