“I especially love the colourful and elegant photo frames. Addison Ross will put a framed print in for you for free. My daughter was over for Christmas from Australia and was amazed when a delivery came of a beautiful frame complete with a multi-generational picture and a beautiful printed gift card just 2 days after we had all been out together. It was a wonderful surprise for her”

“The customer service extended to me recently by Addison Ross was exemplary. I ordered an expensive photo frame, but did not realise that they would print and fit my photos for me. I tried to amend my order very quickly to include my photos, but their service is so immediate that the frame was already in transit. However, Addison Ross' customer department offered to print the photos to the correct size and courier them to me separately at no extra charge. I found this an excellent response and was more than happy.”

“I bought the blue Eau De Nil large pepper grinder from their official website, which on their website is blue (and their description on the collection page is "This calm yet absolutely stunning colour is the perfect hue of blue."). However the one that arrived is green, which zero hint of blue in it. Their customer support eventually allowed a return/refund but they refuse to accept it's a different colour, claiming Eau de nil is the green I received instead of the blue on their website. If you're considering this colour, google to see it on resellers websites as some of those (eg. megacookingworld) have a photo of it showing the real green colour. Very bizarre!”

“Products (I bought two pepper / salt mills - periwinkle and aqua) gorgeous - the recipient is delighted. My only observation is that the 'P' and 'S' are quite difficult to make out - sorry if that makes me sound like an old fart. Pop up shop looks fantastic and service was ++++.”

“I ordered a photo frame for my son as a Christmas present. I was delighted to learn that I could upload a photo ( for free!) to be placed in the frame. The parcel arrived on time and superbly boxed. The frame itself, with a duck egg blue enamel frame, was of excellent quality and displayed my chosen photo. An all round great experience and I will definitively order other items from this company. Thank you!”
