“I bought a pair of scalloped mirrors from Addison Ross for our new bathroom. They arrived quickly and look beautiful. However one of them has some scratch marks on them. Addison Ross responded quickly and organised a replacement. Super impressed with the service. Thank you”

“Very attractive photo frame. Have bought several in the past. Having them print a photo of choice and put inside frame makes it so much easier to give a present to anyone.”

“Item arrived very quickly. The item was very well packaged. I was a little apprehensive about buying the product as it certainly isn’t the cheapest frame, however, it is without a doubt the best quality frame I’ve seen. It’s very heavy and clearly good quality. I’ve bought so many frames over the last few years and they all break so easily. This one is definitely worth the money!”

“Beautiful frame which arrived before expected delivery date. Found the free photo printing service to be very handy as my frame arrived with the photo already in place. Was contacted by staff regarding my photo who were prompt and polite. Will definitely purchase from Addison Ross again”

“Such Holiday Spirit, professionalism, and kindness was shown to me by your Lynne Temple this past December. My humblest apologies for being so late to comment. My wife and I were just married (a widow and a widower found each other during Covid - long talks and long walks outside) and it has been wonderful. Wanted to frame two special wedding photos. But oops, I ordered the incorrect frame. Frantic as the holiday was approaching, Lynne was the calm in this storm. She quickly air expressed the correct frame which was received in time for Christmas Day! AND said that I could keep the one in my possession. Who does this today? Please note: I donated the difference to a local city food bank in her and your honor. There will be many 'frame-able' moments to come for my wife and I and all will be surrounded by your beautiful frames. Thank you very much. Job Well done.”
