“the item was beautiful. very good quality. An excellent prompt service. I ordered the frame 3 days before christmas not expecting to receive it quickly and it actually arrived before christmas. I am very impressed with the company and will recommend it to friends etc. Nicola”

“Excellent customer service and beautiful quality photo frame. I ordered a frame for my mum in respite care at the very last minute so she would have a Christmas gift. I still managed to muck up my order but this wonderful company sorted it out and got the photo frame to my mum. I have used AR before and can not praise the product and service enough. They are exceptional and an oasis of brilliant customer service.”

“The frame is beautiful and I was very pleased with the quality of the (free) photo print included. Also, the process of uploading the picture was simple. They arrived two days after ordering and I was kept informed of progress, particularly the anticipated delivery and a fixed time slot was given and stuck to. A very good experience all round.”
