“This was bought as a gift for my Mum, however next day delivery and packaging was spot on. I loved the look of the frame when I had a quick look inside the box. I’m sure my Mum will love it and enjoy it for years to come.”

“I ordered two Mother of Pearl Marquetry Frames for two very precious photos. Yes, the frames were expensive at £50 each for 5" x 7" but the quality is absolutely outstanding! The most beautiful frames. I also really like & appreciate how Addison Ross offer to include prints with your frames so they arrive with your photos already placed inside :) Nice touch.”

“I have nothing but praise for a Addison Ross. I inadvertently downloaded the wrong image. I contacted customer services and within 12 hours received an email saying no problem, “ just download the correct image , attach it to this email and we will do the rest “ All this at no extra charge. What a refreshing experience. Well done Addison Ross .”

“I'm very happy with my beautiful frame! The photo did not upload so my frame arrived without it. They were wonderful about that and after I re-uploaded they printed the photo and sent it separately. It arrived very quickly. Customer service gets a 5 star from me!”

“These candles are great fun and twinkle for hours with no smoke at all released! This was a Valentine's gift for my husband who always complains my candles are smoky in the house :) ! My parcel arrived very fast too and in lovely packaging. Thank you you for another lovely gift Addison Ross!”

“This company and their product are excellent, we chose a beautiful photo frame and uploaded our picture. Unfortunately when it was delivered there was a defect in a corner of the frame, one phone call and the problem was sorted. A replacement arrived the following day, no questions just good Customer Service and support. Will be using them again”
