“Ordered 2 Marquetry thin picture frames. Really pleased with them. The quality was what I was hoping for. They look excellent with pictures of my husband, he passed away recently, he always loved wood. Thank You Very Much”

“Really disappointed that I bought a travel frame and it allowed me to upload photos to be printed for it for free, but it arrived without them. Waste of time!”

“Love the frames as they are beautiful but very disappointed with the quality of the free photo in the frame. I’d bought this as a last minute gift and had to go to Snappy Snaps to have them all re done”

Dear Nikki I'm so sorry you were unhappy with the photo, I'm afraid this only happens if the image you uploaded was too low a resolution, we're working on our software to try to alert people if they try to upload lower res images in future.
